My name is Max M. Khazanovich. I'm a REALTOR®, founder of NewTOcondos.CA and agent immobilier (real estate sales representative) at Right At Home Realty Investments Group Brokerage in Toronto, Canada.
Last year, I made a leap forward to upgrade my specialized sales skills in order to get licensed to trade in real estate in Ontario. I have completed 5 Courses at the Ontario Real Estate College (see the list below) studying 6 thick textbooks with a total number of pages exceeding 2,650 and earning my 93.4% GPA.

Just this month I have been invited to join the newly formed brokerage headed by Maxim Baginskiy (broker of record), who had received several awards as one of the top real estate salespersons among the 3000-4000 sales representatives at Right At Home Realty in our province of Ontario.
While I'll be immersing myself in learning the trade, I've had the idea to write about the exciting topic of property technologies, or #PROPTECH for short. My posts for the #PROPTECH blog will twine my passion for technology and real estate, covering the property technologies ranging from 3D printing, SaaS and VR to AR, digital and blockchain innovations. My fellow real estate professionals, marketing enthusiasts and, most importantly, my clients should find this blog easy to read and hopefully helpful :-)
To sum up, I have lived in Toronto for almost 30 years, except for a couple of work-related expat rounds in Europe. I'm old enough to have a grown-up daughter and to remember the new pre-condo prices of $100 per square foot in the GTA. I'm also young enough to have a 4 year old son and to realize that "Sky is The Limit" to the Toronto condo prices, which are expected to reach $2,000/sq.ft. within a couple of years.
As part of the duties, I'll be managing my extended family's global real estate portfolio. As a personal challenge, I have a goal that every one of my 4 children is a condo owner by the time they are legally allowed to own real estate in Canada. Better yet, each would own two condominiums - one for the living, and another condo unit for the rental income. What this real estate investment strategy would achieve in the mid- and long-term range is the topic of my future posts.
